AUTHORIZED GAS TESTING - AGT COURSE OVERVIEW
The Authorized Gas Tester’s role is one of the critical role in testing which ensures in providing a safe working atmospheres, in particular for the Permit controlled confined spaces; it includes testing prior to and during hot work for both open and enclosed spaces. It will enable one to read and interpret correctly the information obtained from the gas detection means available. The Course consists of 3 levels which helps in demarcation of the competency for type of area to be monitored. In this case one level is not higher than the other two levels.

This training is to be opted for a personnel who is preparing to work as Authorized Gas Testers as well as required for those personnel who are involved with performing a test for oxygen, flammable and toxic gases, including working in confined spaces and hot work.
